Hello Frog Families, 

It is sad to see the pool close this last weekend calling an end to another amazing summer- 2025 was a great one!! We had so many great times at the pool and a fantastic swim season as well. 

In this email, you will learn about: 

-a new leadership structure and opportunities for the Swim Team 

-a general financial breakdown of the season 

-an anonymous survey link to share feedback about the season 

Leadership Structure and Opportunities: Rather than try to find another Head Frog, a small group of leaders from this year's team decided that leadership for the swim team would be better if supported by a committee and not one person. Attached are the roles that need to be filled with a separate document describing these roles. Please respond to this email if you are interested. We hope to start solidifying this in late March early April and appreciate your willingness to help.

General Financial Breakdown: 

INCOME after costs support events etc. 

Swimmer registration $5,600 

5 K Run $5,000 

July 4th $300 

Poker $300 

Garage Sale $500 

Lap-a-Thon $1,500 

Concessions $2,500 

EXPENSES -just straight expenses 

Starter $1,700 

Lane Lines pay back plan-$1,100 

Coaches $8,500 

VPSU Fees $2,000 

Trophies and more $1,500 

**great work--we have a goal to help pay for a new speaker system and maybe pay our coaches more per hour :)
