Well Frogs it is our last big meet of the Summer!  I am so proud of our swimmers this year with our 5-1 record, you all should be proud.  Champs will be held at the 757 Aquatic Center which is located behind the WISC building.  As I stated before this is a split meet session setup.  The 11 and up swimmers will need to be at the pool by 7:30 for a 7:40 warm up.  The 10 and unders will need to be at the pool by 11:30 for a 11:40 warm up.  Please don't be late we have 20 minutes and that is it.  If you are not in a relay and would like to come over later I have no problem with anyone who would like to warm up in our pool and come over after that.  If you would like to do that please just let me know.  We will have two tents set up, please make sure you have plenty of water.  I will also bring several heat sheets to live under the tent during the meet.  Thank you and lets get ready to swim fast.
