Good morning Frog Families - 

Thanks to everyone for helping make Monday's meet with First Colony as fast and fun as possible!  We have one more dual meet - this Monday, July 22 we swim @ Ford's Colony!

Please mark your swimmer(s) as attending or not and please grab a volunteer shift - they have an 8 lane pool so we need 12 timers per shift as well as a few other volunteers like ribbons, clerk of course and sweeps.  THANK YOU for helping this summer!!
