Good morning Frog Families!

Monday is our last HOME meet and it's going to be a big one. We swim the First Colony Flyers and they have a large team. Please hop on SwimTopia and mark your swimner(s) as attending or not and PLEASE grab a volunteer job, too. We'll need all hands on deck for this one.

Monday is also our Senior Night! We plan to start recognizing our seniors at 5:50 pm so be there ready to cheer for them! Warmup times will be adjusted so stay tuned for that info.
