Good morning Frog Families - 

Hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th!  It was fun to see so many Frogs out and about on the fun run and 5K, parade and other field and pool activities!

Our next meet is fast approaching  - we swim the Greensprings Gators on Monday 7/8 at their pool.  Greensprings West Pool and Clubhouse is at 3200 Manor Gate Dr. Williamsburg, VA 23188.  Please arrive by 515 p.m. ready for warmups at 530 p.m.  If you haven't already, please mark your swimmer(s) as attending or not attending.  And please sign up for a volunteer job.  Thank you!!
